• Model kit: 10262 pieces model house based on a real Venice palace. The product was developed and authorized by Cvanhulle.
• The model consists of two Venetian palaces separated by a canal with a typical Venetian gondola. The palace on the left is inspired by the Doge's Palace in St. Mark's Square. On the ground floor there is a wine shop and a staircase that leads to a large apartment on the first and second floors. The apartment has a spacious living area with kitchen, a bedroom, a study, a bathroom and a large living area with a TV and a pool table. At the top of the palace there is a large sun terrace with a pool and barbecue area.
• Instead of entering the first floor apartment, minifigures can cross the Bridge of Sighs over the canal and enter the second palace on the right. This palace contains an aquarium with tropical fish, sharks, manat rays and aquatic plants on the first floor and ground floor. There is a ticket booth when entering via the Bridge of Sighs. There is a desk on the ground floor. The third floor features a whale skeleton and a diving center where divers can access the aquariums on the floors below. The floors in this palace are connected by a vintage elevator.
• In front of the palaces there is a water with an extra gondola and a pier. A second bridge connects the riverside scenes of the two palaces to create a complete Venetian scene.
• Since our sets are freshly packed, it takes approximately 15 days from ordering to shipping, and shipping then takes another 15 days.
