Q1: Delivery area and freight?
A1: All of our products are shipped for free in the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Croatia, Belgium, Luxembourg, Croatia.

Q2: Where do you ship goods from?
A2: Our warehouse is located in China, the goods will be shipped from mainland China.

Q3: How can I track my package?
A3: The package can be tracked on 17track.net. Or if you need help from a team member, please contact our service team at service@lesdiy.de and we will get back to you with a status update.

Q1: What payment terms can you accept?
A1: For payment, we accept paypal and credit card.

Q2: My payment was declined, why? how to solve it ?
A2: If credit card purchase failed, can you please contact Stripe support team to find a solution? Or if the problem can't be solved, don't worry, we also accept paypal payment.

Q3: How do I cancel my order?
A3: For the order, if not shipped yet, please contact our Service Support Team service@lesdiy.de, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Q4: Is my data secured with this site?
A4: Yes, Lesdiy takes precautions to protect your personal information. If you submit sensitive information through the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Please don't worry about that.

Q5: What if my address is wrong?
A5: If the receiver's address was wrong, the package should be returned to the sender after the failed delivery. After we receive the package, we will contact you for an updated address and arrange for your package to be redelivered.


Questions about Returns & Refunds

Q1: Which items can be returned?
A1:

a)- We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30 day period.

b)- All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed and unworn. No exceptions.

Q2: How can I return a product?
A2: Contact Lesdiy Service Team service@lesdiy.com to confirm the details and make sure the item meets the return policy. After the agreement, the service team will send the detailed return information. Please offer a return authorization number after the return.

Q3: What is your refund policy?
A3: Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after you receive our cancellation confirmation.

Q4: How do you refund me?
A4: The refund will be applied to the original payment method.
