- This model consists of two floors and a roof with two tall birch trees and two flower beds in front of the building. On the first floor there is a large bookstore, which is expanded with additional bookshelves and a place for customers to drink tea. A large spiral staircase is one of the design features of this floor. The second floor is fully furnished and has an apartment with a relaxation area and bathroom. Features a seating area, a reading corner and a drawing board for writing on the roof, which is accessed by a ladder and a folding door.
