• A contemporary yet lively city villa with a small courtyard garden in the middle of all the classically colorful and decorated modular houses, that was the inspiration for this MOC.
• The closed facade of the ground floor hides the garage door and entrance, both of which can be opened.
• In addition to the garage, the courtyard garden with a barbecue area and a planted pond corner takes up most of the ground floor. The glass panes in the seating area can be opened generously so that grilling can be done both indoors and outdoors.
• The central element on the first floor is a large one-and-a-half-story bookcase, which, together with the stairs, divides the floor into the living area on the one hand and the dining and kitchen area on the other.
• The glass facade next to the dining table can also be opened to reveal a green canopy.
• The second floor houses the sleeping and sanitary area with a contemporary open floor plan, only the toilet room is separated and offers a spacious double bed, wardrobe, shower and bathtub as well as space for an exercise bike.
• Additional details such as a small workshop next to the garage and surveillance cameras complete the villa's features.
