- The Tiki Surf Bar is a modular building with 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a diving equipment rental and shop. There is a bar/lounge on the second and third floors that serves food and drinks to all beachgoers and visitors. The footprint of the entire MOC is 16x32 studs; The MOC can optionally be built on a 16x32 base plate (base plate to be purchased separately), and the base plate also allows the placement of models of dolphins, turtles and sailing boats.
