- Model kit: 4993 parts model house based on a real Doge's Palace. The product was developed and authorized by Cvanhulle.
- On the first floor of the building is a wine shop with tasting areas and grapevines Take the stairs to the first floor and go straight to the Bridge of Sighs that connects the Palazzo Venezia on the other side of the canal, or turn right to enter the luxurious bachelor apartments . The apartment has a large kitchen and a seating area. Sliding doors open to a patio where a dart board can be played.
- On the second floor, the pool table and TV area are more interesting. In addition there are three rooms: a bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a small office and a bathroom, finally the stairs to a large terrace overlooking the Venetian Lagoon, a small swimming pool, a table, a small garden for herbs and gourds, and a BBQ area.
