- After the cozy, small room became too small, the owner simply broke through the wall to the neighboring building and installed some arcade machines here.
- An outside staircase leads to the spacious apartment on the first floor with kitchen and toilet room. It also extends over both houses.
- Those who live here have a special affinity for sewing. Accordingly, there is a modern sewing room on the second floor.
- With the external staircase, the building can be used as the end of a row of houses. If the building is completely integrated into a row of houses, the outside staircase becomes a narrow alley, as one often finds in old towns.
