• DownTown CityCenter is a modular building based on a 32x32 baseplate. The product was developed and authorized by PeetersKevin.
• The MOC consists of 2 separate buildings, a 3-story residential building with full interior facilities.
• On the ground floor you will find a living area with kitchen and dining area. There are also a few subtle details like a coat hanger and a small wine rack.
• The first floor contains a bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom. There is a small personal gym on the top floor!
• The second building is divided into a sandwich bar and a duplex apartment above.
• There are also a few interesting details integrated here, such as a drinks machine in the sandwich bar, a washing machine to complete the luxurious duplex apartment and more!
• The entire MOC consists of 5 modules with removable walls on each module for easy access and to show the interior.
