• Designed and authorized by Pontus_Gehrmann_MOCS, this model is based on Grace Church, a historic parish church in Manhattan, New York City. The model stands on a custom 40 x 48 studded baseboard. There are three different trees, two in light green, two in olive green, and one in dark green. The highlights of the model are the large windows at the back, the courtyard at the side of the church, and the park.

  Described as "one of the city's greatest treasures," the church is a French Gothic masterpiece designed by James Renwick Jr., his first major commission. Grace Church is a National Historic Landmark, designated for its architectural significance and place in New York City's history. The entire complex is a New York City Landmark, designated in 1966 (church and rectory) and 1977 (church buildings).
