MOC-128398 Pirate Van Dyke's Island （Compact Version）

• The model was originally designed and licensed by Massenzio.
  
• From the designer: This is the "compact" version of Van Dyke Island, designed starting from one of its two halves (specifically the one that included the residential part with the inn). To this I added a thin strip of rock over which I built a small warehouse, useful for "closing" the island. On the island there is a dock, a tavern, a bedroom, a warehouse and an attic. I built most of the model (see the expanded version pictures) according to instructions, so they are play tested. You can instead see all the playable elements of this part of the building and the ease with which it is open and accessible. Size: width 32cm (40 studs), length 33.6cm (42 studs), height 31.5cm. The inventory contains no minifigures, some animals and few accessories. In the model built for me I replaced some colors of the vegetation and some parts according to my taste, while the inventory refers to the colors seen in the rendering images.
• Since our sets are freshly packed, it takes approximately 15 days from ordering to shipping, and shipping then takes another 15 days.
