- This is a bowling alley model designed and authorized by PL MOCs. The building has three floors, with a small bowling alley on the first floor with two bowling lanes, small benches and racks for shoes or bowling balls, and a staircase to the second floor, accessible via a separate entrance.
- The second floor has a kitchenette and dining room, as well as cooling fans and vintage radios. An outside staircase leads to the third floor with a bedroom with beautiful old-fashioned closets and glass containers. The roof is not accessible, but has very nice ornamentation.
