- Designed and authorized by PL MOCs, this is a cute club model for street building. The first floor of the building features a cozy cafe with an old-fashioned radio and a soothing indoor fountain, offering a selection of cakes to customers who can purchase coffee or flowers. The second floor is used as an apartment and features a large kitchen with bar seating. Sofas were placed in the middle of the floor, surrounded by lamps and tables filled with flowers. In the corner, there is a desk and chair, and doors leading to the balcony. On the roof, there is a small area with a green wall where the apartment owners can enjoy the view while having a cup of coffee. On the roof, there is an old bell tower with huge blue brass bells.
