Description
Description
- Original design authorized by bru_bri_mocs featuring five iconic Manhattan skyscrapers carefully recreated.
- Explore New York City's famous "Billionaires' Row," home to five towering skyscrapers exceeding 1,000 feet in height, including 432 Park Avenue, 53W53, Steinway Tower, One57, and Central Park Tower from east to west, known for housing some of the world's most expensive apartments. At a height of more than 1,000 feet (300 m) stands the Pencil Tower: tall and thin, with a very high slenderness ratio. The penthouse at 432 Park Avenue sold to Saudi Retail for $87.7 million, while One57 sold to businessman Michael Del for $100.47 million. Despite the enormous cost of the apartments, these skyscrapers are masterpieces of engineering made possible by improving building materials (high-strength concrete and steel) and using special technologies such as tuning mass dampers to handle wind-induced building movements.
