- This MOC original design by Marooned_Marin, the Black Pearl model with 3049 pieces (excluding minifigures, ropes and sails). The assembled dimensions are W: 25.9 cm, L: 71.2 cm, H: 55 cm and a weight of 2216 g.
- The Pearl is a three-masted galleon, easily recognizable by her distinctive jet-black hull and matching dark sails. Built for duty and equipped with 22 cannons, she is considered by many to be the fastest ship in the Caribbean, a ship said to be able to outrun even the Flying Dutchman.
- If true, this all supports her claim to be one of the most notorious pirate ships to ever sail the seven seas.
- The finished model is robust, but not indestructible, meaning it cannot survive an unplanned drop test from the table. The model doesn't float, so you don't need the Kraken to sink it. It will sink on its own if placed in open water.
