- Author's description: WELCOME! Here is my scale minifig model of the F-14 Tomcat.
This model took me about 2 months to design. It weighs about 1.5 kg and measures about 55 x 55 cm when its wings are fully spread. The features are as follows:
Variable sweeping wings operated by a gear box under the body
Opening cockpit with space for two minifigures
3 movable flaps on each wing
Movable wing slats
Movable rudders
Movable tail units
Extendable landing gear that fits perfectly into the body (they can bear the weight of the model)
Connection point for a stand
Tail hook
Sticker sheet delivered in a Word document
