• The “Black Owl” owes its name to the owl figure that adorns the entrance to this classic city villa.
• Today this building is used as a representative office and is designed and equipped accordingly.
• The house has three floors in the front and four floors in the back, where the ceilings are not so high.
• In keeping with the character of the building, it has a representative staircase as the centerpiece of the interior design and rooms with some high ceilings with decorations and large chandeliers.
• The furnishings are full of details, from curtains on the high windows and radiators below, to all the equipment used in office operations, such as MFC printers, paper shredders, a large safe and movable archive shelves.
• On the ground floor there is a meeting room, the archive and a (very small) visitor toilet. On the first mezzanine there is a secretariat and on the ground floor there is a lawyer's office buried in piles of files.
• There is a kitchenette on the second mezzanine and the secretariat and the office of the firm's second lawyer on the second floor. Either he has less to do than his colleague or is better organized because his office is tidy ;-)
• Finally, there is a toilet room at the rear of the second main floor.
