• These SitComplex clamping bricks were licensed and designed by Brick Artisan. They are apartment floors based on various TV shows. The layout is not 100% the same as the TV show.
  
• The ground floor is the Central Perk Cafe & Pub, which is a modification of set 21319. It now contains part of a pub with a pool table and toilet in the corner. The design increases the floor area to accommodate apartments on the upper levels.
  
• The second floor is Seinfeld apartment. It is the modified version of the official 21328, intended to serve as a compatible floor for the MOC Friends Apartment (MOC-80163).
  
• The third floor is New Girl Apartment. SitComplex -New Girl- Part8 Apartment is part of apartment floors based on various TV shows.
  
• The fourth floor is Queer Eye. It is designed for seamless integration as a mezzanine between Central Perk and FRIEND's apartment.
  
• The fifth floor is the Jeffersons Apartment Part11, which is part of apartment floors based on various TV shows.
  
• The HIMYM apartment on the sixth floor is a part of the department based on various types of television shows.
  
• The next seventh and eighth floors is the Friends Apartment, MOC-79570, licensed and designed by Brick Artisan.
  
• The seventh floor is an apartment. Apart from the details of the original set, it also contains 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and a balcony with stairs leading to the third floor.
  
• The eighth floor is an apartment. It also includes 2 bedrooms and a door to the balcony. As with previous floors, most of the original set's details were retained. There is also a staircase that leads to the roof.
  
• The ninth floor is Bro Thor's Penthouse, the modified version of the official 76200. This is the available roof component that can be added on the roof of the sit complex.
• Since our sets are freshly packed, it takes approximately 15 days from ordering to shipping, and shipping then takes another 15 days.
