- The Prinz Eugen was a heavy cruiser of the German Navy during World War II.
She was built in Kiel from 1936 to 1940 and was the third cruiser of the Admiral Hipper class.

- After that, she took part in many other operations, such as Cerberus, and she always came out without much damage, which is why she was nicknamed “Lucky Prince”.

- She was handed over to the USA and used as a test subject in Operation Crossroads.
- Today her wreck lies upside down in the Kwaejin Atoll in the Pacific, clearly visible.
